It was a cloudy day and everything looks a little dull. I'm still new in HDR, so any comments are welcome. I thought I over HDR it a little...it became more like a piece of art than photo

Don't be shy at rendering what your heart sees, not only your brain. "Yes, but it was a dull day", you said. I say, "So what"... Your brain saw a dull day, your heart sees what now? And not forgetting that a camera is limited in it's tonal possibilities, do what it takes to present us a gorgeous shot, just like this one. In a word : I love it. BTW, what an odd bridge. Very interesting!
